I\u2019m Betty Collier, a wife, mother, nurse, author, and child of the King. All of this began in January, 2009 when I wrote what I thought would be my first and only book, Living Inside The Testimony<\/a>.<\/em> Now I\u2019m on a God-inspired journey as a storyteller sharing inspirational nonfiction and fictional stories of heartbreak and hope, all to bring honor and glory to God. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I launched this blog on January 27, 2014, which was one day after I had the divine revelation that I needed to share my story from the very beginning. My first blog post is entitled \u201cBoy Meets Girl.\u201d<\/a> If you have recently subscribed to my blog, I encourage you to go back and read that post. Just click this link, \u201cBoy Meets Girl\u201d<\/a> to understand how I first realized that I was living inside the testimony. It began once upon a time in 1976 when I met my future husband in 6th grade.<\/p>\n<\/div>

BETTY’S BIO<\/strong>: Betty describes herself as a nurse by profession, author by passion, and storyteller by the grace of God. She is a 6x bestselling, 6x award-winning inspirational Christian author. Her first book series, Living Inside the Testimony<\/em><\/strong>, <\/em>is a collection of inspirational nonfiction stories. Betty showcases her gift of storytelling by engulfing her readers from the very beginning and captivating their attention throughout the emotional journeys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In her second book series, The Birthday Gift<\/strong>,<\/em> Betty displays her creative storytelling in a surprisingly extraordinary way with her fictional work. She continues to inspire while lifting the words right off the pages to bring her characters to life. Readers will find themselves hoping for the best and dreaming about the characters as if they were members of their own family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Betty\u2019s fictional work is also included in the John 3:16 Global Placement Mission. She uses her talent to introduce readers to the greatest gift ever given to mankind. While taking them on intriguing tales, Betty intricately weaves together stories leaving readers in suspense until the very end. What they have in common is they all beautifully deliver the gospel message found in John 3:16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On a personal note, she has been married since 1986 to William Collier, the absolute love of her life after first meeting him in middle school. They are the proud parents of two baby boys (now in their twenties) and a daughter-in-love, all of whom reside in Shelby County, TN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Betty’s PRAYER for you:<\/strong> My prayer for each of you who choose to subscribe to my blog is that you will be inspired and encouraged by the testimonies and stories that I share. My favorite scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6, \u201cTrust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.\u201d As I seek the Lord for guidance as to what I should share with my subscribers, I earnestly pray that you will be blessed and inspired. As Revelation 12:11 says, we are overcomers by the words of our testimonies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
